1) Hair appointments scheduled for 2 hrs+ are required to provide a credit card to place on client file

2) Hair appointment services cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hrs of the original scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee to be charged to credit card on file or in addition to next salon visit

3) Services cancelled within 24 or less of original booked appointment are subject to a 50% charge of what original service total would be. This will be charged to either credit card on file or in addition to next salon visit. This includes no show of appointments on the day of scheduled appointment

4) NOTE: If three (3) appointments consecutively are cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hrs, or are a No Show, ShanniRaeHair has the right to decline pre-booked appointments from said client
